About Us
A Charming 50’s Villa in Bled
Set amidst the idyllic surroundings of Bled, the family run Koman Apartments guesthouse is the ideal accommodation that completes your unforgettable experience of Bled.
Perfect set up for small groups, families, couples and solo travellers, it is located just 10 minutes walk from the lake Bled and Bled town’s center with laid-back cafés, bars, restaurants and local stores.
The charming villa from the 50s houses three newly renovated apartments, all equipped with a private bathroom, kitchen, balcony, wireless internet, cable TV and air conditioning. Free parking is also available on site.
Koman Apartments guesthouses’ special signature trait is characterized by walnuts. The peaceful garden in the backyard of the villa in fact boasts a mighty walnut tree, that each year gracefully provides an abundant crop of walnuts. To honour its generosity, we use the walnuts to produce our unique homemade walnut liqueur and serve the potica cake (the most traditional Slovenian dessert), which we offer to our guests as a welcome gift upon their arrival.

When me and my husband inheritated the villa in 2010, we dreamed to turn it into a peaceful haven for everyone seeking pleasant accommodation in Bled. During the renovation procedures we put extra care on maintaining the original character of the villa, while providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Since we are both passionate about traditional art and craft, we carefully selected the items for the interior décor, using only typical antiques with a local flare.
As savvy locals, who appreciate good food and good vibes, we gladly share our special hints and tips about the best places to visit in Bled.
This villa is our dream come true and we feel blessed to be able to share our beautiful piece of the world with you. Welcome in our wholehearted home.

Our largest apartment is very spacious (80m2) and located on the ground floor. There are beautiful mountain views from this apartment, you can observe mount Stol (2242 m) from your kitchen window. The apartment comprises of a private terrace, two bedrooms, private bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with large dining area. Perfect for extended families with grandparents or children or friends.

A light, bright and elegant studio apartment, is located on the first floor. It hosts a beautiful private balcony with stunning views over Bled Castle and slovenian highest mountain Triglav. An enchanting 30 m2 apartment located on the ground floor. It offers a private terrace, lush garden, kitchen with dining area, private bathroom with shower and has a double bed and sofa bed. It is surounded with greenery, in the shade of our old walnut tree and lots of flowers and is therefore perfect for romantic couples, nature lovers, pet owners or guests looking for peaceful and tranquil getaway.

Quiet heaven in Bled. Everything was lovely, starting with our warm and friendly greeting from Kristina who provided us with useful information about what to do in Bled. Loved the outlook onto a green garden. Although quiet, it was a great location close to the best bakery and within walking distance to the Lake.

Our ground floor apartment was very comfortable and spacious, exactly what we’re looking for. Well designed and clean place with nice patio and parking space if you needed one. Have just stayed for two nights at the property and it was fantastic. Kristina is a brilliant host she met us at the property and explained everything about what to see and do in Bled and couldn’t of been more helpful and was available to answer any questions. The property is less than 5 minutes walk from two supermarkets and a cash machine is less than 2 minutes away. Great place to stay and we hope to return soon in future.

Our apartment was light, bright and nicely appointed. The lovely outlook was a bonus. Our apartment was on the first floor, overlooking the garden and a beautiful walnut tree. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and could just see Bled Castle from the kitchen window.
